INFORMAL SPRING DROP-IN STARTS TONIGHT

- Informal pick-up starts tonight at 8pm at Banneker.
- All are invited to come out and start getting in shape.
- Directions to lower fields of Banneker can be found here:

- Informal pick-up continues next Monday.
- Formal Drop-In League starts in April, i.e. dues will be collected.
- Spring Drop-In cost is 5 bucks.
- Dates: Mondays @8 from 4/2 to 5/28.

CLUB-LEVEL PICK-UP AVAILABLE ON WEDNESDAYS IN THE SPRING

- For club players, former club players, hope-to-be club players, people
who just like to be around club players, or anyone (male or female) who
would like to play hard.

- Spring Dues apply: cost is 5 bucks.
- Dates: Wednesdays @8 from 4/4 to 5/30.

(Clarifying note: The $5 Spring Dues covers you for the spring regardless

INDOOR ULTIMATE STILL GOING....

- All are welcome to come try indoor before we wrap things up at the end of

March.

FIRST EVER END-OF-INDOOR PARTY TO BE HELD THIS FRIDAY

The initial plan was to have some sort of "play-off" game prior to the
party, but it doesn't look like the gym is available, so party on...

- who: All CMUA players (indoor & outdoor)
- when: Friday, March 24 from 8pm to whenever.
- where: Clipper City Brewery. This is an actual brewery, not some fancy
pants wood and brass brew pub.
- what bring: Nothing. Clipper City will provide the beer (bring ID), CMUA

will provide soda, munchies, etc.
- why: uh...well, why not?

Do you see Beltway Exit 9? Take that, but instead of going North
towards the high school get on Hollins Ferry Road heading South.
The Brewery is in one of the warehouses on your left about 1/2
a mile down this road. Look for their name on the marquee.

U OF MD AND NAVY CO-HOSTING MAJOR COLLEGE TOURNAMENT

...and can use some help. Here's their text:

We're still looking for a few more observers for UMD's Chesapeake
Invitational at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD on April 7-8. CI should
be one of the hottest east coast college tourneys this spring with teams
travelling from as far as Georgia, Michigan, and Boston- including many
nationals caliber teams... and as an observer, you will have the best seat
in the house! Compensation includes lunch on Saturday & Sunday, lodging
Saturday night/ Friday night & Saturday night if desired, and a party with
dinner and of course, free beer. Please pitch in to make our region's big
event a memorable one! Previous observing experience is not necessary. For
the uninitiated, observers' primary roles are to be the go-to on
close/contested calls and to keep games moving along time-wise. For more
